Welcome to The House Dog

The House Dog consists of domesticated dogs and people uniting for a life of friendship and loyalty. This website is dedicated to all dog owners out there who consider their pets as part of their family.

Hi, my name is Jacqueline Palmer and I love dogs. I have four dogs: a three year old pit- bull named Chavez, a three year old American Eskimo named Ava, a two year old Chihuahua named Evie- and a one year old Pit-Bull named Xena.

My dogs are part of my family and they aren’t left outside, tied up, or in a cage every day of their lives. They are crate-trained, eat three times a day, get walked at least four times a day, are bathed at least once a week, are groomed and taken to the vet.

And then..I wake up! My life with my dogs is far from perfect, sometimes they tear things up, pee on my carpet, wake me up at 3:00 am to walk them, chew up things, and drive me insane with non-stop barking. But, I love them and they get me. We all enjoy each other’s company and this blog chronicles our life together.

In this blog you’ll also find dog related information about dog health, food, and care as well as recent news, pet adoption, pet supplies and anything dog related.  You’ll also have a few laughs by viewing our video page.
